Can anyone tell where the best places in and around SE Queensland is best for fishing for Leather Jacket fish. I love to eat them.

You might be outta luck on this one mate as there's not too many around this area, the only one i've picked up was in the Tweed River years ago. The only other option is they get big schools offshore at certain times of year that become a pest but im not sure what they're like on the plate.
