Advice required for owners of Ally Craft/ Quintrex boats?

Hi Guys, i was looking for possible boat to upgrade from my 3.9m savage. Due to the limitations of space and height of my garage. I have narrow my views to a few boats below: Therefore i am asking for expert advice for owners that own them.

1) Ally Craft 4.10 TOP Ender boats

2) Quintrex 4.2 Breeze about/ Runabout

Advice on Weight of the Boat/trailer, maximum speed with 30hp or 40hp, hull durability etc.. Any advice will be appreciated.

I had a 4.10 Rhino a few years back. I sold it as I nearly got tipped out of it twice because of idiots flying past me to close,it tipped the boat right up on its side, scared the life out of me.

I have a Quintrex 420 getaway runabout with a 40 merc on the back. i cant fault it. stable, smooth, dry ride (side clears help in the chop) and comfortable for two people to fish from. i wouldnt want anything less that the 40 on the back, not sure of speed, but definately gets up and goes. i think it would struggle with anymore than two people and a 30 on the back. Very easy to launch and retrieve by yourself. i have a drive on trailer, which i dont use for that purpose. I find if u wedge the boat into the V on these trailers it will hold the boat straight while you move to winch it up even with strong side currents or wind.

i own an allycraft 4.2 side console with a 40 4 str and get 27knots ,54 km/h on the water with 2 adults @ total 160kg and can pull 120kg on a tube no worries ! nice stable boat to fish from......simple trailer setup and been across aust 3 times fully loaded with no issues ! rides nicely !
