So I picked up a new sounder for the yak today. The new bling is a nice little Lowarnce HDS-5 Gen 2. Very keen to get it on the outback and take it for a test run. I currently have a Garmin 550c but this new unit will have the added benefit of a chart plotter. Will post some pics when I get it installed.
