queensland NPD 17/12/12- Tillies galore!!!!!!!

Got on the water by 7:30 for a short session as it was going to be a hot day. It didn't take long before we found the tillies and were on. My Nanna came out as she is visiting from Ballina and was pretty excited as she caught her first tilapia :woohoo:

She was pretty proud of all of her big tillies, and this one was the smallest for the day.

It was quadruple hookups from then on and we ended up having to stop at 40 tillies as we ran out of space in the buckets!

The water was like glass for the whole trip and when we got back to the ramp someone was lure fishing from the bank and had just scored themselves 2 bass :woohoo:

Next trip out I will be trying for a few bass and yellas.

Went on the pine river again today, was fishing high tide without a sounder so didnt expect too much
