Ewen Maddock are running a comp at the end of February for any Kayakers / canoeists out there who might be interested. This a fund raising event to allow stocking of fingerlings in to the dam. (no electrics - SEQ Water rule)

The dam is 2ks up the road from me i hope it rains soon -ive never seen the dam so low you can even see the old bridge and huge mud flats

She's at 98% ray I asked a seq water employee who works at the dam yesterday. Looks great with plenty of water in it now

Going to be a sweet event. Fish should still be lively from the flow in, and the easy tucker should be gone, so they should be getting hungry!
