queensland Not So Fishy Stradbroke Weekend

Well I have just got back from a prolonged weekend at Stradbroke...

This was not entirely by choice (or to miss the heard about keyboard jousting here) but due to a closure of the ferries caused by weather. Usually I would be more than happy but with impossible weather I did get a bit of cabin fever.

Anyway I managed to sneak out a few times and get some pictures but be warned none include a fish

Lots of new timber on the beach...

Several new creeks have broken through on Flinders.

Creeks looked cool the next day though.

Main beach has been decimated as well. This is low tide.

These guys were enjoying the water though!
