A new decky ( Non AFO) ws supposed to meet us at the gate at 10 to 6. No show by 6am so we went ahead and launched.

Phone rang at 25 to 7 when we were halfway down the dam.

"Sorry I am a bit late "

Yes you are

" Can you come and pick me up ? "

Nope.

End of conversation.

Had a reasonable day with no hot bite period but ended up ok. Caught more bass than the Aussie openers ( Not hard to do :blush: )

Rick upgraded his PB.
