Bass can climb.

Last Saturday Hai caught a tagged bass in NPD.

When he reported it he found that it had been out for 1300 days and was tagged by PRFMA member Ross Cobb in the lily pond in the North Pine River.

This location is below the dam wall.

Looks that this fish was then relocated above the dam wall in the last fish recovery that the PRFMA was involved in.

Fish has only grown 3cm in 4 years.

Last fish recovery was the electrofish Ray highly unlikely that I missed one on the boat or it was missed during holding/tagging at the dam. Most likely returned by SEQ Water staff.

I will add before anyone has a crack at the 20.8 tagging date that this Bass was tagged as part of a research project.
