queensland NPD 2/8/13

Took James and Scott to npd today. Fishing was slow with b17 boated and a few dropped at side of boat.

Chris remarked that the bass do not fight hard. Well I suppose that they dont when you are fishing with clothes line. :blush:

Ws an enjoyable day with plenty of laughs and we would have caught a lot more fish if Scott did not bring a banana.

It was great fun and Scott's (chris) second time fishing in the freshwater.

We picked up some 6 pound line to replace the clothes line he was using.

I was quite amazed a the sight of all those birds coming from one side of the dam to the other, their must have been over a thousand herons and a number of pelican's
