queensland Windy Wednesday Exploring

Made a last minute decision to head upstream out at NPD wednesday morning. It had been months since I had ventured upstream and as the wind was going to help me home I had no choice to go elsewhere. Wind wasnt to bad as I started off

I had my first bass on lure before I had gone a hundred metres

Not long after I was on again to another nice bass,I then pulled up at a good yella spot to see if they had awoken from thier winter sleep but it was not the case, however I was lucky enough to get a few more bass on shrimp.

I then moved further up the dam to where Ray and me used to get a few yellas and bass in amongst the sunken tobacco bush, I managed another bass there before heading further up trying to find a spot out of the wind. Managed to get a few more bass tucked away in a little backwater.All up only 14 bass, 5 of which was on lures but it gave me enough interest to return again when not so windy. Last pic shows the lumpy water on the way home, I was going that fast I was looking for the brakes. A few swans in the backround of last pic.

Paid the price Al nose started running and never stopped till 8am this morning.
