queensland Birds NPD 11/8/13.

Went to NPD this morning with Tai,Hai and Ken.

Fishing was nothing to write home about though Hai caught a 50cm bass.

Maybe he has a photo as I forgot.

It was a perfect day glassed out alln of the time but the fish ere not hungry.

Plenty of bird life with the eagles entertaining us for a while.

Very large flock of shags and pelicans hung around for a while before they moved on.

Pity we can't get the eagles to develop a real taste for shags!!

The eagles got upset when the shags settled in their tree.

It was like Alfred Hitchcock out there this morning, every where I fished I had 10,000 birds just floating on the water watching me.......

They moved in jumps up the dam, reckon something is going on weather wise. Have seen them do this just before a big wet.

Not many bass about, only got 3, but those I got went hard.
