shark fishing noosa river?

Does anyone do this? I would be very keen to give it a try. I know probably too early but always wanted to do some bigger game fishing and not have to travel for hours out to sea.

You can still catch sharks all year round, they can just go a little quieter. Just like us during the cooler weather. I'd fish all year round if I could brave to cold nights. I've never fished for sharks up there but there'd be plenty of little bullies just like all the other rivers. Really depends on what gear you have and what size shark you want to target.

You mention "bigger game fishing" but that can mean a lot of different things when people are talking about shark fishing.
