Up, across, over and around

G'day,

After three years of sticking my neck out, taking the plunge and going into business for myself, I had decided that it wasn't quite for me. Business was excellent but there was something just a little lack lustre about the whole experience of enterprise.

When I was about 15 one of the motivation speakers that would inexorably turn up at school like annual clockwork suggested that as a career, we should do what it is we're passionate about. What we are passionate about will be the most rewarding and the money will come eventually.

It wasn't until the day that I decided I would close down my business and fish my way around the country that I decided I should never have abandoned the toddlers dream of becoming a professional fisherman.

So. To paraphrase salt and pepper. I've loaded up the car, sold all of my contracts, had two huge garage sales and now me, my best mate, my rooftop tinny and an 80 series landcruiser are on the road for the next twelve months!

Scratching all itches from offshore, skinny water, wade polaroiding, fly fishing, spearfishing, trolling, jigging and snag bashing.

Here's a few little pictures to let you guys know what I've been up to for the first week.
