Ferg and I were tail end charlie at the gate this morning, apparently the word had got around the bass were on, 5 boats in front of us.

went down stream and got the shrimp out of our pots and settled in to our current favourite spot. Ray was already there. Started out steady enough, but mostly small stuff.

After an hour or so, the big girls came out to play, and they steadily came in to the boat for the next 4 hours.

Lots of big girls and they went hard!
