Strange day at NPD - the fish were wetter than usual.

Had a strange day at NPD, the fish seemed to be wetter than usual, and visibility was limited.

Still got in to a few fish, and tooled up my shrimp traps so that they are compliant with the new rules coming in next week. Nothing spectacular fish wise in the sizes, but a good bit of fun.

Only 1 triple hook up, Mostly as I went back to fishing with only 1 rod as I was loosing to much bait to missed bites in the strange weather conditions (couldn't see the rods at the other end of the boat).

Haha! A true believer fishing in these conditions! The sustained rainfall and subsequent runoff into the dams will scatter the bass even more. The big schools of baby bass are good fun but its been weeks since I landed a 50cm bass. Thanks for the report and great pics.
