Medium day on lures

It was a funny sort of day out at NPD yesterday, the bass were not real aggressive but Luke and I still managed a healthy tally. Funny part was watching Luke shivering and shaking like a dog shitting razor blades because he left his new raincoat in his car, he didnt want to get it wet. Arrrhh this tough young breed of today that dont like wearing raincoats :blink:

Bass were sitting down deep again and not a lot were showing up on the sounder, but following the dropoffs and old creek bed we managed to find a few.

With the recent rain and erratic winds the big bass are scattered and in the deep water, way beyond my reach fishing landbased. When the weather settles by early Winter the 2-3kg roed-up big girls at Somerset, Wivenhoe and North Pine will come out to play. Your fitness should be back to 100% by then Dino!

Cheers... Joe.
