I had a ripper except for being burnt alive on saturday, I headed off down the dam trolling and managed 6 bass on the way, tied up to a tree and managed a heap of bass and a couple of yellas, Then the sun started to cook me about 9am so I decided to head home trolling, well I didnt get far as both rods buckled over and with a quick glance at the sounder I knew I was going to get cooked a bit more. I knew Luke was on the water in his new canoe setup so I gave him a quick call.

We zig zaged back and fro through the school picking up doubles for some time before I yelled out to Luke that I couldnt stand the sun any more and was heading home for the second time. After a few hundred metres bang both rods go off again and the sounder was loaded. Another call to luke and he was beside me in a few mins. I was having that much fun I forgot I had someone comming to look at the camper I had for sale. Yelled out to Luke I have to go this time see ya and was off and lucky I did as the camper is sold I think.

Out with mate Glen on sunday and gee it was good to be a deckie for a change, we had a good morning although the bass had already moved again. Sat 59 bass and 2 yellas, Sun 35 bass.

I am actually yet to get off the mark for 2016 and the way things are going it wont be till this weekend...

Didn't catch a thing all weekend! Others I went with did though.
