Hey Guys,

i haven't been fishing as much lately (been really enjoying bush walking at the moment!) but anyway, a mate and i got out for a few hours on Saturday morning. The wind was up but the fish were biting so we didn't care. The first 4 drifts over the school resulted in 4 fish on jackall tn60 slow rolled off the bank. We then sat on top of the school and managed another 5 or 6 on ice jigs and blades. Biggest bass was 45cm to the fork. Lures that caught fish were jackall tn60, strike pro cyber vibe, jackall ice jig and jackall squirell 69 in silent. The recent rise in water and warmer temps have got them chewing hard on the edges again. Hopefully they don t move for a while so we can go back and get into them again. Thought i'd add in a few photos of a cockatoo we spotted in its nest hollow too.

haha @kmcrosby78 I did notice our lack of smiles, it was a hot bite and we wanted to catch more! we didn't  take photos of half the fish we caught. It was a fish a cast at one stage!!
