queensland Straddie Huts

Headed to the straddie huts friday arvo with lanky Lance and Brendan. Tugger headed over Sat morn. Met up with the Auscrab blokes for a prawning weekend. We were lucly and knew folks in both huts on the weekend.

Was a great time eating loads of prawns. Boys got their buckets in only a few casts on Saturday.

Was good to have a non fishing weekend. We just sank piss by the beach. Life couldn't be better!

Was a tops weekend. Here are some pics...

They are over near slipping sands. They can't be hired. We are lucky enough to know people who can use them for the weekend sometimes.

This was an awesome weekend with a great bunch of guys.

Thanks Julian for the ride this weekend, I was a nice lazy one made even better by not having to take my boat, lol

Loved getting back to the huts and another top weekend with an awesome crew, crabs and prawns galore i didn't bother taking a fishing rod just crab pots and a good prawning net. Bring on the next hut trip hopefully sooner than later

Will have to see if we can get a wanderers weekend over at the hut otherwise thete is plenty of camping down there just no facilities we will have to bring all our gear like at blakesleys
