Thought this might appeal to some of the younger crew 

Steve Wilkes at Sports Tuition is looking for some assistant fishing guides for his parent and child fishing camps. It is good money to help people fish.

You don't need to worry about supervision, that is what the parents are for. Your job is basically to help with knots, advice, fish handling etc.

There is also responsibilities with boats, batteries etc. They are big days but a lot of fun and you almost always get a fish in yourself.

If anyone is interested let me know and ill pass it on to Steve. 

I am off now to Hinze to run one for the kids I work with. Will do a report Sunday.

Growing up, my Dad was part of a group of guys that ran the Tallebudgera fishing camps twice a year. I used to go regularly and was always great to see the wealth of knowledge passed down to the kids. I always thought when I got older I'd love to do something similar, I wouldn't even care about the money, would do it just to volunteer and help out.

Trouble is I honestly don't know when I'd be able to fit it in.

Used to love doing kids fishing days for the fishing and stocking groups I was in (I am an accredited sunfish instructor), until "cansackem" Newman withdrew all the funding.
