Dear All

 

I’ve attached a flyer for the Lifestyle on Water Festival. The Austackle Moreton Bay Madness Fishing Classic is part of this festival. The format is the same as our freshwater comp, that is catch, photo and release. There are extra fish categories and also runner’s up prizes for the overall champion angler.

 

Early bird tickets are now on sale. The comp also gets you entry into the festival precinct, including the live entertainment, headlined by Guy Sebastian.

Adults $160 + Booking Fee

Juniors (14 and under) $60 + Booking Fee

 

All fishing comp tickets receive entry to Lifestyle On Water Festival precinct and there is $250,000 in prizes including 5 Bluefin Boats. All entrants can win from this prize pool but have exclusive entry to win:

4.5 Bluefin Scoundrel package (seniors prize)

3.0 Catfish (juniors prize)

These 2 packages are only for fishing comp entrants.

Summary…

Huge fishing area from Caloundra down to the Brisbane River and out to Moreton Island. 350 square kms with multiple entry points.

Multiple target species including Snapper, Bream, Flathead, Whiting, Squid, Classic Catch.

Prizes for each category plus Junior and Senior overall champion angler.

 

Friday 28^th April from 4pm:

Welcome and Briefing.

GNBC Bar will be open with food options available

 

Saturday 29^th:

Fishing from 6am – 4pm

Entertainment back at the precinct including Guy Sebastian.

 

Saturday 30^th:

Fishing from 6am – 1pm

Major Prize draws and scores collated

Entertainment back at the precinct including the Best of the Bee Gees Band
