I tell a lie, sometimes it was two by two. I started off on a bad note,my sounder would not work, it started off and stayed on 1.5ft for ages, then it went to the required depth, but was all shaded on the screen. During this time I managed over 30 bass, I couldnt see them but I knew they were there. I finaly rang my mate at 7.30am and he talked me through restarting.So I headed off to do some trolling and it was fish on and on, with double hookups. Most of the fish comming from 50ft of water.

I was having  the time of my life until the wind got to strong, so I headed back to spot one and got some more on bait. When the wind dropped a little I raced back to the deeper water for some more trolling. Then the pesky bass followed me halfway home.Its good to see a few around, now all I need is for them to start taking jigs.Managed 103 bass.

Yes but I dont drop it to the bottom, just as far as the suspending school.Takes to long to fish the bottom in that depth and you run the risk of baratrauma.However I do jig them at that depth sometimes, but havnt had a barratrauma for years.
