Is This A Funny Looking Bass?

Not a bass, they have forked tails.

More like a dark golden perch looking at the two thin extensions at the front of the ventral fins.

Where was it caught?

Yarramalong camp grounds about a 2 minute drive from lake moogerah

Where did you fish there? I was there 2013 or 2014 and there was no where to really fish??? 

Nice camp grounds but the river was not real wide nor overly deep.. We camped just up from the toilets near that shack on the right as you drive in.

Not my fish sorry. I have not been there. I was asking for a mate. 

I am so over due for a camping trip somewhere like that.
