queensland 1770 Here We Come

After canning the trip away last weekend with the weather this weekend is looking good. 

So good that Thursday @Luke Landrunner and l are heading to 1770 for 3-4 days. 

If anyone else want to join us I there your most welcome. Always good to have a few boats up there.

Weather is shaping up nicely.

For some reason I have a good feeling about this trip.

5-10knts mostly, with occasional  times where it will be as high as 10-15 and as low as 0-5knts.

I hope MetEye is right because Seabreeze and Willyweather both show the wind as really getting up on Sunday. Hope you have a great trip Wayne and Luke.

EDIT. Should have looked at 1770 not Hervey Bay. Looks pretty nice where you are heading.

@Drop Bear Saturday looks good for a more local trip... just a suggestion...  

 

looks pretty awesome all round wayne.  i would say think of us slaving away at work while you're up there, but I know you won't...

why not a little bit farther north to airlie that's where i intend to be going. might be doing a few overnighters in a yacht if i play my cards right. between airlie beach and 1770 fishing would be awesome. still prepping up for this one.

I've been to Airlie once and definitely want to get back there. I think you need a minimum of a week to do Airlie to justify the 15hrs each way towing.

I'd love to spend a lot more time up that way.
