Have heard some crazy reports that the prawns are back on and thick as s#$t! 

Thinking of hitting the Pine tomorrow or the weekend.

Well @Old Scaley and @Drop Bear are out chasing them today. Hopefully they're doing well and will have a report for us tonight.

I have some new prawn style plastics to try this weekend. Could be interesting.

Well, they might be thick in the pine but they were non-existent today in front of Nudgee.  Report to follow.

Was that in last two days or from a week ago?

I did see a school on the sounder 2 times but it must have been very bunched up. I threw into it a few times and didn't get a thing. Perhaps we could have been more patient but we didn't get one prawn.

@Drop Bear Caboolture  River apparently ... It's only up the road for me ... well 30 mins. The ramp is not ideal ... not good for FG but I have hear plenty of Jacks being caught as well further upstream. Still going to hit the Pine tomorrow given the wind is looking crap for a beacon bash although keen for some reef fish...can't go Sunday doh!

Looks like pine fired again seen a few good buckets posted up. There’ll be a ton of boats tomorrow I’d be throwing an hour either side of the high tide

Went today was pretty average a lot of work put in. Yesterday pine fired so did mouth of Logan. Big tides though I’d say a the small amount of rain that flushed them out wasn’t enough to hold them there Hopefully I’m wrong though.

We need some rain. It has been a very very dry year. Trees are dying. Come on!! I bet it is waiting until the Wynnum Fishing Classic...

I didn’t make it in the end  sounds like it would have been worth it. I did make it out to the mile on Saturday instead. Heaps bait fish, Macks and Toona around but couldn’t get a bite on any.
