Second fly rod break in as many outings  

Caught lots of these

 

In amongst all of these

 

But then I high-sticked an excited one  and ended up with these

Glad you got a few for your trouble... Perhaps you could get a few of the old fiberglass ones.... Keeping it old school

I came to the demo that day. I don't remember his name but he had a stack of glass rods. It was fun to flip the floppy rods around.

I asked Gary Howard to make me a 7' fly rod for the yak and he said it would cost to much and take up to much of his time.

In SEQ I understand the saying but still pretty fun... IMHO there is nothing better in fishing than presenting a fly to a rising trout.
