Took Troy out tyesterday morning at NPD to show him around some of the spots but unfortunately the fish were a bit hard to find.

We ended up with 34 bass and one yella but at least Troy took home a feed of a couple of bass and a yella and a good feed of redclaw,

The bright side is that we have started to consistently pull fish from fad number 1. Now to discipline myself to check out the others.

Yeah we got a couple there on the way past also.

Been consistently pulling a yella there every trip.

Bit of a shame as they are popular with deckies and they are one of the few species that suntag allow us to tag. May start on forkies when they fire up as Bill has not said not to tag them.

Do you put a tag in them just before you put them in the red claw pots?

Glad the FADs are working for you. I am helping with a project up at Leslie Dam. They are putting pipes in. The plan is to make it a fantastic cod fishery. It is very low at the moment so they can drive up to the spots and drop them on the sand.
