Vintage Big Game Rod Help Needed

Hi all. I was hoping that someone could help me identify the maker of this custom made rod. Unfortunately the signature isn’t very clear. You can see the make up of the rod and materials used plus who the rod was made for but, yes the makers signature is very weak. I found the rod in a second hand shop and was blown away by its size and quality. I thought it would make a great wall hanger next to that prized big fish mounted on the wall.  Any help you can provide would be greatly appreciated.
