Had to go down to number one sons  place in the GC hinterland to pick up number two son, so threw the rod in for a quick creek fish for bass.I mainly wanted to check out the new knee on uneven ground.I only had a small window of opportunity roughly two hours, so only got to fish two pools. Managed to get half a dozen and missed  four as well.Oh and the knee lasted OK, we will see how it goes as the day wears on.

Gee yhat second one looks fatter than some of the dam fish.

They were close to same size, I dont think any has been put in there for awhile. They will brick you in a flash, you have to get them in quick or lose a spinnerbait like I did.

What weight line do you use, Dino ?

Usually about 15lb braid, if I was a bit younger and steady on my legs I would of gone in after the lure I lost.

Nice fish there mate. I am glad the knee is doing well. They are good fish out of the creek. Well done.

Yeah most of the pain has gone, been 7 months, still have some pain after walking esp on uneven ground.
