Reminder To Members

After some recent spam and abusive posts, I'd like to remind members not to engage with these members.

At the top right hand of each post you will see "Report Post". If you see something you think breaks site rules or is spam, simply click on that and I will get the message to deal with it.

After a spam attack this morning I'm giving this a bump.

Hitting the 'Report Post' button is the quickest way to notify me.

Hi ellicat

Just a quick question on this - if a new member joins and starts to post advertisements on their profile for their non-fishing related business, should this be reported?.. Just because I din't know how an add I've seen on someone's profile (new member) could possibly be related to fishing.

That's generally ok, Hamish.

I see all the new members so can manage anything inappropriate. Nothing wrong with a plumber member putting up a link in their profile though, for example.
