I had a heated discussion about this on the other forum I frequent, unfortunately I think that we are only delaying the inevitable, human nature of a minority group will always ignore advice and so in the end I think that it will become widespread here as well, although not to the degree that it has happened in VIc and NSW, possibly in Brisbane and other big cities. The biggest problem for the government was the inconsistent and sometime stupid rules that they applied and  people got fed up then ignored all of the enforcement's that were put out. I think that it is only a matter of time, but do we want to bankrupt the entire economy in the process or take our chances?
