Tinny deck fitout

Hi Guys

I would like to build a deck on my 3.75 Lizard tinny. Would like some advice whether to build the deck level in height to the second bench seat or raise it level to just under the gunwale. Does building the deck to under the gunwale make standing on it any more unstable than standing on the lower deck that is level witt the bench seat. Sorry if that is not clear but this is my first go at this, both in the forum and my attempt at the deck.

I don't know about such things but I'm sure someone will come along to help soon. Christmas day is always slow for the forum.

The higher you go the less stable it would be, but may still not be much difference. You do see a lot of decks built up high on the pointy end.

Level with the seat. 

Use the seat as support for the floor. 

You can add a hatch in the floor in front of the bench seat and have under floor storage as well.

Just wanted to say welcome to the forum. I'd imagine your boat would be perfect for creeks, rivers, etc, so best of luck with it all!
