Anyone going this weekend? I’m gunna try and get out tommorow arv after work for a few hours. Then back to uni assignments for another few weeks

I'm heading out tomorrow with @Kat, but will selflessly leave the weekend for the workers.

I know I am like a little kid when I get to go out on boats with experienced fishos.  But I am soooooo excited.  Can't wait.  Thanks @ellicat. Supposed to be good weather and is definitely good company.  Always learn something new too.

I might get a chance to get out and join the crowds on Sunday morning for a bit. Poor tinnie has been dry for almost 3 months now. Will have to check the engine turns over easily at home on Saturday arvo.

Bugger about your assignments, I have a few with school too. Hope you can sneak out and get some Licespray.

We had a nice day on the water in Moreton Bay. Conditions were great, we met up with some other AFOers on the water, even caught a few fish and lost a few. @Kat is going to do the report.

Nah got too much on at work to take time off, I’m the only machinist there so they need me badly. Should be able to get by mostly one handed for a bit.

Yes I will definitely do the report.  Waiting for pics from @ellicatand just got home at 9pm!  Will have a little addendum to the report from the bay.  I had an absolutely fantastic day.  After a few fairly bad fishing weeks.  I am hooked again.

Promise to do report tomorrow...

If all goes well, it looks like there may be a slight chance that the missus and I could be out boating on Sunday. It has been that long since we went out that I may have forgotten how to fish. I wonder if I can catch anything with 5 month old bait?

I headed out yesterday to confirm or deny the prawns status In The southern bay. As mentioned earlier thought I’d selflessly leave the weekend for those who worked this week the only problem was there was 50 to 60 other selfless fishos on a Friday morning. I’m guessing there will be close to 100 boats there on the weekend. Rumours were confirmed though!!

It was hard work it took three solid hours of two people casting non stop. Its always hard with that many boats as the prawns scatter easily
