Yes @kmcrosby78, I will be using my tried and tested formula of tipping the Qld teams every week. It has worked so well for me in the last couple of seasons (especially the broncos).  Only an hour until it kicks off again. Bring it on!

Chicken... can’t make those sort of predictions unless you back it in

i don’t think they’ll get the spoon but bottom 4 is a definite possibility... but it is for the broncos and cowboys as well so...

Done deal. Given Brian has tipped them to come 8th, and @Gad has tipped them to come 7th, I think a bet on them finishing in the bottom 4 is fair .

Kelvin, I wouldn`t take too much out the 'wishful thinking' I post up, after all I did have the Warriors v Titans Saturday game being played at Mt. Smart Stadium... that wasn`t too minus `the Mt. and the Stadium`

That was very hard to watch even though we had our reserve grade side out there.

I do take some solace that we still beat the Broncos on the ladder and the field even though our season was the worst I can remember.

Just looked back at this, which is always interesting ..... . @benno573 did the best, picking 7 out of the top 8. Myself and @ellicat successfully us picked the Souths v Panthers final (I'd forgotten I had ..... ) but no-one picked the Panthers to win the title. @ellicat and @Old Scaley were right in picking the Dogs for the Spoon.

Unfortunately @benno573's head was correct in picking the Blues 2-1 and @Gad looks like he could nail his 'bonus bet' prediction for Wayne Bennett to coach the Dolphins in the NRL in 2023.

Not a bad effort by all - looking forward to doing it all again next year .
