Salt and vinegar chips crumbed flathead

SALT AND VINEGAR CHIPS CRUMBED FLATHEAD 

 

INGREDIENTS 

4 Flathead fillets

Packet of salt and vinegar chips

2 Eggs

Plain flour

Cooking oil

 

METHOD

1 Crush chips

2 Coat fillets in flour

3 Dip in whisked egg

4 Coat fillets in crushed chips

5 Heat oil in pan cook on each side until brown

There used to be a guy on here called Madmullet he put this up for shark fillets. I tried it with shovel nose and stingray and its bloody awesome. I used the Samboy ones as they seem to have loads of flavour.
