problem Videos not visible to all

It has become apparent that *.MOV files are not visible to non-Apple users/members except those using Opera browser.

On my PC, I usually can watch all movie types (.MOV included) but for some reason or other I could not play those ones, I use Firefox as a web browser and when I clicked on those to  play them, it did not give me an option to download them,  although it did start playing the audio from them straight away, when I switched to the Chrome browser it gave me an option to download them and I just downloaded and watched them through Videolan which plays most formats. I suspect that it is those particular files themselves that may have an issue, and not the file type format, possibly an error occurred during the upload to this site.

OK. Well, we'll let Webby sort it out.

It didn't play on my Firefox browser either, although I got the audio. In Chrome it gave me the option to download, which worked fine so I don't think there is anything wrong with the files themselves.

I could see them on my Iphone and on my HP Computer with Chrome.
