Fishing Accomadation

Hi All,

I am in the process of designing and building an A frame property just outisde Miena, Tasmania, that I intend to lease on Airbnb. Given its proximty to the Great Lake, and all the other lakes in the vicinty, fishing trips will be a big part of our market during the warmer months.

This isnt a promotion, but I was wondering when ye guys go fishing, what ammenities would you like to see, or would be helpful to your stay?

Ideally I would like to incorporate as many of these suggestions as possible (or as many as I could afford at least!)

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

It sounds great. A designated part of the house for fishing gear would probably be an alright idea.

Probably fish cleaning table/sink outside in

BBQ area with running water be handy, and

keep it out from the inside, you know what some

people are like.

Separate beer fridge and a large recycle bin.

Tasmania, Nice. I would like the following

A nice warm fire with enough cut wood

Rod and tackle storage area

Wet gear drying area (jackets, waders)

A comfortable place to sit

Do many people keep the fish they catch up there? If so cleaning table with cutting board and running water and an obvious place to put fish scraps.

A good easy way to cook fish perhaps on the fire or even a smoker? 

Somewhere to put dry cloths. 

WiFi

A large free selection of single malt...

Long lock up boat/car shed (drive though ideally) to store boat, car and gear, plus a small deep freezer inside the house or in the shed.
