queensland Hinze Western Arm 25/8/21

Went to the western arm this morning. Temp at ramp was 7 degrees plus cold westerly. The fish were elusive with no schools found. We spent a lot of the time trying to escape the wind and feeding live shrimp to the barred grunter.Ended up with 28 bass. Even the eagle had a hard time she was following us after a feed of barred grunter and a couple of crows were hassling her every time she sat in a tree to have a feed.

Cool start alright Ray but 28 bass is still not a bad day (well for us mere mortals anyway) and that one in the photo is one very well fed fish .
