Snapper for the Southside, it was just short of the 815mm esky lid, I’ll leave it up to Chris to examine photos and determine a final length

Mulloway 95cm. Caught it on my mates boat today and the only blue thing handy was the rope. Also didn’t have a measuring device long enough but did a rough measure by holding the finger at the 80cm mark and then measuring that last bit to the tail.

There’s no limit to the depths Team South with go, is there? Now they have to depend on their young’uns to try and pull off a win for them! I don’t blame Hamish. He couldn’t help it if he was born on the wrong side of town.

I’d say PNP as there is no tendrils/barbels and the nose is really pronounced. It’s an invalid entry regardless so in this case it’s a moot point…

Left home at 2 pm today , 3 throws of the cast net got me 30odd mullet  and  a fair few prawns by 3pm .

Spent less than  30 seconds sounding for threadies , found them schooled up exactly where I left them last time.

1st drop missed a fish probably a small Jew.

2nd drop pulled a small bull shark and cut him off next to the boat.

3rd drop small Mulloway right  on 800mm

4th drop 1120mm Thready

Pulled up stumps and went home and washed the boat in time for the start of the  6pm News and Ash Barty Finish her match.

Got to love it when the plan comes together , wish all trips were that easy.

finally had a good sesh yesterday gonna write a report tonight 

unfortunately for me mullet aren't on the leaderboard and the biggest bream I got was the exact same measurement as the best 32cm . I put something blue next to the mullet cause I forgot the species list  and wondered if it would be valid clearly after looking I found out it was not a valid species .and I didn't bother doing the same for the bream cause it was the same size as the best on the leaderboard
