Ventured down to St lucia Rowing Club boat ramp on Saturday afternoon. Told the girlfriend she would get a bull shark. She didn't have much faith in the idea, as she had been with me on most of my unsuccessful missions during winter. Just as we were about to leave ( about half an hour after sunset )She hooked up with a little bull shark, not much of a fight but she was stoked. She picked him up, and even swam him in the river until he started to kick again and was ready to swim off.

Taken on a pilchard on size 4'0 3 gang hooks with 2 foot of wire trace. ( she actually did hook up earlier but my rig for her with only 1 crimp pulled out, so double crimp did the trick ).

No doubt Ray, both species are taking over the world at the moment, but that's OK her smile is worth the pain inflicted onto webfunk. I hope she doesn't brag as much as me or the poor bugger will be in pain for ages.
