Hey ausfishers

Selling the old trailer as mentioned previously. Can anyone tell me what is required in terms of safety certificates etc? It's a four and a half metre braked trailer that obviously I had under my boat but bought a new trailer  and I'm looking to offload this one. I think it needs to be inspected right but does it need safety certificate or a registration examination or what's involved. What do I need to have on the hand if someone drops into take it away from me. Thanks in advance.
