queensland mooloolah river pro boats this afternoon

Im going to go try my luck around the pro boats on the mooloolah river this afternoon from about 4pm. I havent fished it for almost 2 months not sure how ill go. the water there around the mouth shouldnt be too discoloured hopefully. anyway ill let you all know how i go. anybody feel free to join me

yeh i know. I fished shultz yesterday, that place is putrid. there was thousands of bottles and bits of rubish floating down. I didnt like the place much at all. Just used to fishing nice clean waterways i spose.

Lee is a lucky man. Next time we should fish Nudgee creek. On a run in it is pretty clear and clean there around the mouth.

Just got back, spent a number of hours fishing everything im my box, every plastic and hard body I had, couldnt even get a touch :( 4 hours and not a single enquiry or touch. The water was like MUD. the guys that hit it in the yaks last time it was like that will know what its like but it was about twice as dark in colour.

the brissy river looked the same as usuall like chocolate, exept heaps of debree.. all we could catch was catties.. and a bullrout in the net wich callum got stung by hahaaha, he wasnt laughing....

i will try newstead the day after tomorrow, so wednesday with reefraider. hopefully i can get my first river shark.

yeh Im going to stick to the dams for a while i think. They just seem to fish better with the rain not worse

Me and callum were thinking about going to schultz but were leaning towards the rockwalls in the river to snag some bream on hb's for once.

hey tim, just remember those tips and vary your retrieve style, theres a difference in the sink rate between a well baked brown volvo and a fresh one, those city bream are not dumb you know LOL
