Browning have made superb shotguns for decades I used to own one 3,500 $ on special :woohoo: it was a work of class I doubt that they would put their name against crap so have a look at this reel and open to views

i know that browning makes awesome fishing rods so the reels would have to be great aswell.

while looking through that site i came across this reel. who thought up the colour scheme for this.:laugh: i still want one though

i have never ever heard of browning reels. i used 2 rods from browning and they r terrible.

the rods r ok from the look and they r very strong, but the rods r really heavy and not sensitive at all.

Probably because it's a glass rod Kevin? They are always going to be stronger then graphite (In a high sticking sense), but you lose so much sensitivity. We have a few Browning combos in at BCF, nothing too flash, mostly basic spin combos. Some pretty pink ones for the ladies also.

Kev the top of the line browning rods are very very nice, if you want to have a look at a few. next time your up the sunny coast stop at tacklebusters on brisbane rd mooloolabah, he has a range there. very nice indeed

ok, i'll have a look lee.

the ones i tried r sold around 200AUD mark and they r said to be 98% graphite. so i thought they should be at least as sensitive as a raider.

but for reels, i only trust daiwa and shimano for low profile. abu for round shaped. and AE74 only
