hey guys, arrived at boogy creek about 9 set up the pots threw em in and started fishing. couldnt fish my normal spot because the water was so high up so fished closer to the foot bridge. The first hr was very productive but only small fish. Caught 12 bream but all were between 15-20cm but i had fun catching them they put up a great fight for there size. Once the tide turned they went off the bite. Caught 4 small sandies in the pots so that was abit disappointing but atleast i had a productive session.

It was disappointing to see the amount of rubbish around the area  beer bottles bait packets plastic bottles etc. some people are so lazy or just don't give a toss. So i did my bit for the environment and bought back a bag full of rubbish and put it in the bin.

cheers, troy [img size=500]http://www.australianfishing.com.au/media/kunena/attachments/legacy/images/09012008_AFO.jpg

I always put my boat in at the boat ramp there cause im a tight ass and live on the north side and dont want to pay the toll, it seems every saturday there is an onld bloke and his son sitting off to the right of the ramp drinking rum and fishing, ive put the boat in at 8:00am and they've been there when I got back at 6pm.. they always seem to get a feed and almost always have a couple of good size bucks to take home for the pot. Ive never really fished it, though I always get my live bait there or just outside the mouth, and fish outside the mouth for threadies. Thanks for taking some rubish, i have noticed a bit around the place..Can anyone tell me, as your heading out to the mouth and you look right into the little bay there is a boat ramp there with a nice looking cat parked up on the block, any idea who's land that is? ( i sometimes throw the castnet off thier jetty and didnt want to step on anyones toes, Ive never seen anyone in there
