queensland Brisbane River 19/05/06

Well back the usual spot.

Fishing was a little slower than last week however there were some interesting catches.

For example a decent sized calamari was caught, (not huge however this is the Brisbane River ill remind you)!

And a strange catfish of unknown species. It was certainly different than the normal ones we get with a much darker skin and flat head. Also fought a lot better than the average Salmon Tail we get.

Besides that the usual suspects were there, Prawns, Bream and a Shovel nose shark.

Will be trying a different spot this friday for Jewies!
