Im now the owner of a megabass 110 Yamaha colour lure

And a megabass x80 kinkuro.

Very expensive but pretty lures anyway. Hope i get my moneys worth just looking at em in the tackle as i will be to scared to use em.

Actually cant wait to use em. Watch me loose $40 worth of lure on the first cast.:ohmy: Thats fishin.

i was going to purchase a megabass destroyer not too long ago but put the funds somewhere else, you will be looking at $500 +

should be more than that.....when u have 1 megabass rod, u will want to replace ur crankbait stick, jig stick, drop shot stick.... all rods with megabass rods.

and u will need a beautiful megabass reel to go with one of the rod

It depends on the type of lure your after. can get cheaper ones.

cowfish, megabass lures r usually between 15-25usd except for a few rare lures.

110 can be over 100usd and mostly around 30-50usd

big topwaters r usually between 30-40 ( stream x, stream x jr)

spinnerbaits r 15usd

BCF at Cannon Hill sell Ecogear, Bassday and Jackall, but no other Japanese expensive lures

Yeah, I've seen megabucks lures at Tackleworld. They also had a destroyer there, it was only about $970 lol:laugh:

they have 2 destroyers, 2 orichis, a few other brand rods ( nories road runner) all around 990.

they have megabass lures( basic ones) for 35aud

When you think about it a lot of people who think spending $40 on a lure is crazy, will happily spend three times that on a night out drinking, just to wake up the next morning to be too hung over to go fishing.

I used to be one of those people, now if I'm at the pub every time I buy a few drinks I think about how many lures I could have bought for that money and then I can't bring myself to keep drinking.:laugh:

werewolf, some nice swimbaits over 100usd does not come with rod and reel but they need specialized set up to handle
