Just saw the bloke on the news. Bandage around his leg, thats all you saw. Shark supposed to be 3m. but only 90kilo's? Also if it was a Mako, and was 3m, he wouldn't have a leg I reckon!

Feral: that sounds unbelievably lightweight.

Being the media, I would assume that is 3m TOTAL length, making it 118 inches. According to http://na.nefsc.noaa.gov/sharks/lw/calc.html this would be the sharks weight at about 540lbs.

Just a tad heavier than 90kg:) If it was a 3m shark, 100 nautical miles out, I would say he's lucky to be alive, let alone have a leg.
