queensland Cressbrook 26/1/08 - 28/1/08

Went for a camping/fishing trip out at Cressbrook dam for the long weekend and unfortunately there wasn't alot happening. Arrived on saturday lunchtime and set up camp before the afternoon session. The word at the ramp was that fish were few and far between and that you would be lucky to get one over 30cm. With this news we didn't feel all that confident but we set out to find some fish. Over the 4 sessions we only managed 15 fish between 2 boats and the biggest was 32cm. All our fish were caught on topwater and spinnerbaits with nothing else producing the goods. No pictures this time cos my camera went for a swim at the ramp, (atleast i got it for free:)

Im sure we will too, and aslong as i get a bass over 40 cm ill be happy, im sick of catching all these small bass lately
