chasing palagics

Hi all change of plans I was going fishing on my own around mud this weekend, but now the missus has the weekend off and she wants to chase some mackerel and tuna in the bay. after looking at the chart we have decided to hit the bribie area and try around gilligans. does anyone have any suggestions about this area (south bribie). we have all the bases covered from metals to flys.a starting point would be helpful rather than just motor around looking for birds. cheers:)

there was a report a few weeks ago of some spotties off Woody Point near the southern end of the Pearl, I have herd no reports since.
