water is 6-8M dependent on tide, the marker itself is only about 200M offshore but about a 600M paddle to the marker.

Just a note to those borrowing kayaks from me, you must all supply your own appropriate lifejacket, no jacket, no lend, no exceptions.

Happy to help show anyone the best ways through the surf.

All my available kayks are now allocated.

and you all have to catch fish and look pretty for photos:kiss:

What PFD rating do they have Lee? I reckon they look even more comfortable than an inflatable, without having the maintenance issue!

but, just thinking of ease of access etc etc.

but i spose if all goes well and i get a profish it has that little bag thing that goes into one of the holes doesnt it?

so really i dont need it silly question lol.

Yeah my tempo has the bag in one of the holes, fits my wallet/phone/keys/camera in fine.

Ta Lee, I've seen that photo that many times now I "almost" dont cry when I see it again!

The profish will have that hole with the bag, plus two more to the kayakers left and right that a bung can be put in and also made air tight. I use on of these for my vauables and one for lunch

well we have one hobie and i like the peddle thing BUT.

i dont mind pladdling lest effort,faster speed.

plus with the hobie when you hook into a fish and want to peddle out into open water you have to tunr around since it hasnt got reverse and takes about 4-5m of straight before it starts to turn whcih can be a pain in the ass.

plus its about 600 bucks more expensive.

and the profish looks cooler
